About
We built RAM for the moments audits actually test
Safety programs fail when closeouts, documentation, and ownership fall apart. RAM exists to make follow-through the default, not the exception.
Why we exist
- Closeouts are tracked in real time
- Evidence is captured at the moment of work
- Every site runs the same program
Origin
What broke, and what we built first
We saw EHS leaders spending nights before audits stitching together spreadsheets, emails, and point tools just to prove closeouts happened. We built the first version of RAM around one problem: capturing evidence at the moment of work and tying it directly to closeouts.
Principles we build by
- Follow-through beats dashboards
- Field-first workflows
- One program across every site
- Proof over promises

Credibility
What RAM is built for
- Multi-site EHS programs with real closeout pressure
- Teams who need audit-ready documentation
- Operations leaders who want fewer surprises
Who we are not for
If you only need a document repository or a single checklist app, RAM is overkill. We are built for teams who need an end-to-end workflow and evidence chain.
